We read every message and usually reply within a day or two. If an import went wrong, include the link to the post — that is almost always enough for us to reproduce it.

These are the same answers as on the home page.

Does it really work with Instagram and TikTok?

Yes. You tap share on any post, pick Korka, and we read the post — caption, tagged accounts, and text in images or video frames — to identify the venue. Most posts work on the first try.

What if the AI picks the wrong place?

You’ll see the venue before it’s saved. If it’s wrong, you can pick from alternatives or cancel. Nothing lands on your map without your tap.

Is my saved list private?

Yes. Your saves are yours. Sharing a collection with a friend is opt-in — you get a link to send, and only someone with it can open it.

Is Korka available on Android?

Not yet. iOS first, Android later.

Why one-time and not a subscription?

Because subscriptions for tools you use occasionally are annoying. You pay once, it’s yours.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Everything is permanently removed from our servers. No “soft delete,” no lingering copy. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Something went wrong with an import

Korka reads the caption, the tagged accounts and the text visible in images and video frames, then checks the result against Google Places. Some posts simply do not name the place anywhere, and a few name it in a way we get wrong.

If a venue came out wrong or missing, email hello@korka.app with the post link. Wrong matches are usually something we can fix for everyone, not just for you.

Profiles and stories cannot be imported

Korka needs a specific post or reel. A profile link has no single venue to read, and stories are not reachable through the share sheet. Share the individual post instead.

Notifications

Most posts resolve in a few seconds. When one takes longer, Korka keeps working in the background and notifies you when your spots are ready. If you declined notifications, you can turn them back on from Profile → Import notifications inside the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Profile inside the app. Everything is permanently removed from our servers — there is no soft delete and no lingering copy. Details are in the privacy policy.

Platform

Korka is an iPhone app, available on the App Store. Android is not available yet.
